These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Blast 3 - Its My Game ("Game", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Game.

1. Use of the Game

4. Advertisements

The Game is supported by advertising.

The Game may display:

• Interstitial advertisements

• Rewarded advertisements

• Other advertising formats

Third-party advertising providers may deliver and measure these advertisements.

Your interaction with an advertisement or advertiser takes place between you and that third party.

We do not guarantee products, services, claims, availability, or content offered by third-party advertisers.

5. Rewarded Advertisements

The Game may give you the option to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit.

Possible rewards may include:

• Extra lives

• Additional attempts

• In-game currency

• Gameplay bonuses

• Other virtual Game benefits

The Game will identify the offered reward before you choose to watch the advertisement.

Rewards have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise.

Virtual rewards cannot be exchanged for real money.

Use of those services may remain subject to the relevant provider's own terms and privacy practices.

Your mobile carrier or internet provider may charge you for data usage.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or operating-system version.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe misuse has occurred.

10. Availability

We do not guarantee that the Game will remain available permanently or operate without interruptions.

Maintenance, network failures, device problems, service-provider failures, technical errors, or other events can affect availability.

11. Game Progress and Virtual Items

Game progress, scores, virtual currency, rewards, unlocks, or similar Game elements may depend on local storage or online services.

We cannot guarantee that Game progress or virtual items will remain available permanently.

Virtual Game items do not represent real-world money, property, or ownership rights.

12. Intellectual Property

The Game, branding, software, graphics, design, and original Game content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

13. Third-Party Links

Advertisements or Game features may link to third-party websites, applications, products, or services.

We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, availability, transactions, or practices.

Use third-party services at your own discretion.

14. Disclaimer

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not promise that:

• The Game will always be available

• The Game will operate without errors

• Every bug will be corrected

• Every device will remain compatible

• Third-party services will remain available

• Game progress will always be preserved

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the Game.

This section does not limit liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
